Infringe upon the rights of others. c. Interfere with or disrupt the services provided by the Company.4. Intellectual Propertya. Designs Created by the CompanyAll designs created by the Company during the course of providing services, unless otherwise specified in writing, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, custom graphics, artwork, and any other design elements produced by the Company..b. Exception for Company Logos or Trademarks:Designs that constitute established company logos or trademarks, for which the client holds legal ownership, shall remain the intellectual property of the client. The Company acknowledges and respects the pre-existing intellectual property rights of clients in such cases.c. Usage of Company Logos or Trademarks:Clients grant the Company the right to use and reproduce company logos or trademarks solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted services. This usage is limited to the scope of the specific project and does not grant the Company ownership rights over the client's logos or trademarks.d. Portfolio Display:Clients agree that the Company may showcase completed projects, including designs, in the Company's portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.e. Confidentiality:The Company recognizes the confidential nature of certain design projects and agrees not to disclose or reproduce such designs for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the client's order.5. Payment and PricingPayment for services is subject to the pricing and payment terms outlined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.6. ConfidentialityWe recognize the sensitive nature of the designs and information shared with us. Client-specific information, design concepts, and order details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not use or share client designs without explicit permission.7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the services.8. TerminationThe Company reserves the right to terminate services or restrict access to the website at its discretion.9. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
