Do you provide the apparel blanks or do we bring our own?
Either option works! We do accept blanks brought in from our customers. For those items, you will be required to sign a waiver as machine errors may occur and garments have a chance of being damaged. We love to take the task of ordering your apparel and accessories off of your hand. This helps you not have to be responsible for replacing items and allows us to select the best (and printable) items for your order!
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 workdays. However, we work with our customers' needs. We have rush options available with additional fees. Certain projects that include promotional items, more complex artwork, etc. may take longer than our standard production time. In any case, just communicate your requested deadline and we will do our best to accept your order when possible!
Do you create logos or do I need to bring my own?
Of course, when you have a logo already created, your order will be completed in a shorter time period, however, we can certainly modify or create a new logo for you based on your design requests!
Can I just order one item?
Yes! The advantage of decorating the majority of our products in house allows us to be able to create one off items! We do offer disounts on certain products that are ordered in bulk.
